I woke up with flu like symptoms today. Worked from home and felt like garbage all day and still do. In the past, when I felt my sore throat last night I would've convinced myself that Jim beam would kill the germs. What a joke!

I embraced this crappy feeling all day as a reminder of what it feels like when there is poison in my body. I will never put that poison in my body again.

(I use to have some whisky as well when I was sick like that, and I hate the stuff!)
