I have "Headspace" on my phone. It's a meditation App (Guided for Dummies..essentially

The inital download is Free. It's a 10 minute - 10 day Introduction. It's wonderful. I have been just doing the 10 day intro over and over and over and over... There is a paid subscription which I eventually want ..but I've been on a lean budget for past while. Eventually I will because the 10 day thing is amazing.
