Judges decision in

Final result in & I got most of what I wanted but not all.
Judge is forcing XH to have more time with kids in holidays & take on some responsibility. He will share the term 123 holidays.
He has been light on him in the Christmas holidays & giving him 2 weeks with the kids & 1 additional weekend & I pick up the rest. I wanted shared.
I can live with this.
It's over.
I can finally start planning my 2015 year & my Christmas holidays now.
I know XH won't be happy but remember he deserted these kids for 21/2 years, came back & wanted joint custody. When it all boiled down he didn't even want them in the holidays.
Says it all really.
The holidays have been hard for me for EIGHT years now. He has never cooperated or he's been absent.
This will put a stop to this. It's all down in black & white.
Sure, I'll still struggle to accommodate 7 weeks of school holidays with only 4 weeks leave but I will do it.
Yay, it's over.
Thank you all so much for your support & remember.....NEVER EVER GIVE UP.
And of course, document everything.

Yay, Rosie!

Sounds like a big WIN for you and the kiddos. I'm so happy for you that this is settled in time to enjoy the holidays. You have done a GREAT job and were steadfast in your course. WTG!!

WOW!!!! It is OVER!!!! You got what you need - the definition, the structure, the time with the kids. The end to the harassment of constantly shifting demands and boundaries.

Truly time for Thanksgiving for you and yours!
