Do I have to restart? Cold med
29 days sober
Ive basically been sick this whole time, don't know if it's from the stress I put my body through the month prior on the binge I went on where I was binge drank all day probably 15/30 days or so. Last couple nights I've been waking up coughing up my lungs and congested to point where I couldn't sleep from not being able to breathe through my nose. I went to the store and got a pm cold and flu pills, not the drink because I know there's alc in it. I took a dose and an hour later still awake I took another. Knocked me out and I actually slept pretty good.

Work on having some patience, SB! Give that stuff a chance to work as pills take time to break down in your system and go to work.
I wouldn't worry about changing your sobriety date. Just take that stuff per the directions.
If you take anything to change the way you feel mentally or emotionally, then you need to reset your date.
