70 Down

I made it 70 days.
I felt incredibly free and strong at that ten week mark.
I had so much energy and enthusiasm. Weight loss, sleep, etc.
Today would (& should) have been 93 days.
In the last three weeks, I've been drinking.
No, allow me to remove that candy coating.
I've been blacking out, as well.
I shouldn't have lurked so long.
As to what set me off, I can only describe it as something stupid + AV.
Missed you all.

Sorry to hear that things have been difficult for you lately but glad to hear that you built a stretch of 70 sober days.

You can amass 70 days again and many more.

Never mind if you fell off, you learned you can live without it.
You have to learn techniques to stay off for good!!!

Knock it in the head, accept your problem!
understand why you do it!
Change the centre of your life, do things that fill your life...

Life improves the longer you are away!!!

Very glad you are back! Looking back on what set you off may appear as stupid along with that darn AV, but at least you have recognition of what it was that set you off. Hopefully you can put things in place to avoid, change, or whatever it is that you need to do to it
