Dear Mom

Dear: Mom,
Thank you for letting us help you on this journey, and finally having the will to try again. I love you!

<3 Your only daughter

My mom got out of rehab for alcohol last weekend. She drank a bottle or two of wine a day. I havent seen her sober for 6 years. Before that- she had been sober for 7 months. Before that is was a handle of vodka gone in three days. I am lookin forward to helping her along with this journey.

Blessings wished for you, your Mom and your family, MyraLem. Rehab is a courageous step; a supportive family is a true gift.

I am very glad that you found SR.

Best wishes to you and your family. We need our families at times like these. I know how grateful I am to my Mum for standing beside me.

Best wishes to your mom! That is wonderful that she decided to quit. You must be so proud of her! I wish my mom would quit, but she's so deep in denial I don't think it will ever happen. It's sad to see a 71-year-old passing out at the computer or tripping and falling. That's one of the major motivators for me to quit now.
