How fast does the bloating disappear?
What are your experiences? I need some encouragement, I only manage a few days in a row and thought if I focus on the good stuff, staying sober will be easier. And being bloated is not nice, how fast does it go away?

Me? I didn't notice but my family did after a week. Skin tone better and eyes white, not red. Stay the course--it gets way better. Some of the bloating is just fat on me from doing nothing. I now do some treadmill at least 3x a week.
