Hydration
Hi all,
Anyone any experience on how long it takes for your body to rehydrate? Its been about a month or more T Total, i drink about 3 ltrs of water a day but when i wake up in the morning i feel dehydrated my urine colour is dehydrated and my stools are like bricks.
Oh and i keep getting pain at my kidneys(blood test say kidneys are fine)
I honestly thought it would have been sorted by now but i guess not.

I was using otc rehydration sachets to help it took around 8-10 days for me to be fully rehydrated
I havnt heard of being dehydrated alcoholically for a month plus its very dangerous to be dehydrated for such a lenght of time you can get rehydration sachets but i think going doctor is best option
i would book an apt just to make sure

The only issue with rehydration sachets is that if whatever is causing your problems is not due to deficient electrolytes then the rehydration sachets could do more harm than good. If it were me and I still felt dehydrated after a month I would go to the doctor and at least get some updated blood work done to test where my electrolytes are. If they are low then the sachets are probably a good idea. If they are not low then the sachets will be of little use and could cause problems.
