Same here. Small amounts of Gatorade is the only thing I can keep down.

It's cold and windy here but I step out for a smoke. Then I come back in and jump on here!

I can relate to feeling terrible today. It will get better for both of us. We are on the right path. If we can make it through the detox, we will start to really heal in body, mind, and spirit.

We just have to keep working the steps.
