Online meetings
Slipped up again, I made it a few weeks this time, and before that 5 months 
Is there any online meetings?
I think that would help alot, I am very introverted, and so I dont think Physical meetings work so well with me, as the stress prompts/temps me to drink

Most of the recovery programmes have online meetings - if you're interested in AA, say, just google AA online meetings and you should get some results
You're very welcome here to our meetings too but they're general theme recovery meetings not AA or whatever
