Right on soberwolf! You deserve a night out (and so does she....)

I'll make dinner at home and then head to my AA fellowship for the 8pm Chip meeting! I consider that meeting my home group and always look forward to supporting those folks who reach a milestone.... especially the newcomers!

Have a GREAT night!

Today is my sister-in-law's birthday, and she is pregnant with her third child. I'm going to take my younger son (8) over there and bring her a Whole Foods gift card and some other treats. I also get to see my niece and nephew (3 and 1...awww!)

Hi Soberwolf. It's been an amazingly gorgeous day for mid-November here in Dorset. We had a lovely long walk by the sea and then rounded it off with fish'n'chips at Harry Ramsden's! So, no more food for us tonight but a nice relaxing evening by the tv

Hope you both have a lovely evening xxx

Hey there, everyone. Soberwolf, that sounds like a great evening. I hope you both have an absolutely wonderful time!

After getting back from work, my plan is to play video games (including a super fun season of Madden football with a good friend) and then fall asleep quite early to get some needed extended-rest.

Hey SW - nice plans for your evening and cool to share them with us.

My plans for tonight are a bit similar: my new friend and I are going to watch a movie in the theater - we wanted to do this last weekend on our first real date but then could not bear the idea of sitting in a dark room trying to focus on anything else but each-other, so rejected the movie. Hopefully it'll work this time I look forward to it and especially the discussion afterward, since one of my friend's occupations is writing art reviews; he's not critiquing this movie but will be fun to take the film apart together I guess while eating out, still got to pick the restaurant.

Enjoy your evening

Sounds like a great night Soberwolf!

Me and the hubby are going out for dinner and then it's to the grocery store and any other errands. That's been our Friday night thing for years. I always enjoy it.

Tonight is my son's hockey game. I am debating on hitting a meeting, if I do go I will miss some of the hockey - but there is a lady who will be at the meeting who is struggling and I want to see her. Not sure what's for dinner. Hmm...something easy though! Maybe wings and a ROOTbeer

LBrain, was that photo taken during the back-to-back storms the Mid-Atlantic experienced in 2010 fondly known as Snowmagedden?

I had to look it up. Photo taken Feb 11, 2010 - the answer would be, YES.

ENJOY YOUR EVENING SOBERWOLF!

Hope the romance is wonderful!!'

Last Friday I used and got kicked out of the house and told not to pick up my daughter or my wife would be telling people. Then I was all alone in a motel room using

This Friday, today, I have worked hard been to a meeting without turning the wrong way towards crack city and I will have my daughter and give her the gift of live and activity and peace. And I will get to sleep at home

Enjoy the evening with Mrs Soberwolf !

I had a friend over for dinner (pan -fried chicken wrapped in bacon, with garlic and black pepper, roast veg with smoked paprika, and green salad) and now I'm debating whether to play a game or work on a few songs. Probably stay on here for a while too. Then off to bed and read the Big Book for a while.

Enjoy your evening, everyone x

I will have the fireplace going tonight, for sure. This is the coldest day we've had so far, but I will still manage a walk before sitting in front of the fireplace. And, I have a great book that I am three-quarters through and I am looking forward to finishing it.
