Great job. And hang in there. It gets better. I'm on day six, and really pleased with the progress (this time). I also tried multiple times to quit, and before I've always relapsed, etc. Don't beat yourself up for it. Keep trying.
The key for me this time has been paying attention to the ways things are already better. I stopped focusing on the negative, such as the fact I'm a groggy during the morning hou PHS, sleep is hard, etc.
I am focused on the fact I am not hung over, hiding the smell of alcohol from my wife, my acid reflux is better. My humble advice is seize everything that is better, no matter how small. The better things will increase in number, and the problems will decrease. You just have to have faith.
Again, great job on the start. Keep at it.
