Physically uncertain
Sweating
Like another hangover this morning
Walked past 10 pubs on the way home
Vacillated by each
But got home safe

Good job!
For me; Day two.. I'm having hot flashes (I think this is what they feel like)
woke up inspired today.. now I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted...
But I didn't drink

I'm day 2 feeling the effects for sure... Depressed, headache and tired... I'm taking my vitamin B eating healthy and know with the next few days I'll start exercising... WE can do this, we do deserve happiness and good on our life.
