ok, day 2

slept well,but feeling anxious, and panic

worried to get through the day and keep a clear focus
feels like there is so much to try and accomplish every single day

spent most of yesterday trying to unravel my behaviours and why ive been making these choices to drink

watched some john bradshaw seminars, which were very interesting

anyway, got a train to catch

Good job on Day 2, Jimi; hang tough; things will get better.
