Woke up feeling hungover
But for the first Sunday in eons it is not from tying one on - it was from staying up until 4:00 AM glued to my phone reading back posts of this board! So it is a good hangover - I feel empowered in my decision to grab that monkey and chuck his gnarly butt in the river. Happy Sunday!

I was up all night with a bit of insomnia also reading SR. I have 10 months sober but recently started having flashbacks of memories from my drinking days and they usually hit me late at night. This site is a Godsend at those times.
