My thread. . .
Day number 2 for the Jagger man...I'm going to update this each day as a check in and to have some accountability. Thanks to all
You know, I feel a little better physically than I did yesterday but I kinda feel a bit more depressed today. I'm going to keep myself busy and go for my run later, usually helps.

Thanks guys...yeah, I put 32 months together from 2008 to 2011 and 6-8 months a few times since but it's always been there! Having this outlet is just a great tool, I plan on making use of it. Daily...looking forward to contributing and learning...thanks SR

I'm feeling the L O V E. . .I have an older friend who I really trust and is much wiser than myself, been through a lot, he invited me over for breakfast and we had a great talk, told him what I was struggling with lately, just laid it all out on the table...he just looks at me, nods, you know, understandingly and said put it behind you. It was nice...an lots of truth in the simplicity of it. After all, that's what we all have to do...yesterday is G O N E my friends, let us all not let it ruin the here and now!

I'm up to day #9, been doing a lot of reading and a lot of just keeping myself busy. I had a few weeks off from work and that really helped me get my head clear and thinking positively. (One less thing to worry about). I have neglected my posting here at SR the past several days, but I really haven't had much to contribute, back at work and staying busy. Not fixated on the past or overly concerned with the future, just living NOW. Thanks. . .
