I danced and I liked it...

11 months alcohol free. Went to a neighbor's daughters college graduation party last night. I danced sober. Wow. That fear is conquered! WHOOT

I, too, surprised myself when I happily danced sober at a wedding in August. Because I liked to dance after drinking, I had previously thought that I needed to drink to dance.

I love to dance! I also have a weird tendency to climb up onto tables and bars and dance...stone cold sober many years. Life is short. Carpe diem.

Well done on 11 months, sunshine. That's brilliant!

I go to a Zumba class at 9.30 every Tuesday morning and I can dance even then - I love it! Haven't quite got the hang of twerking yet, though
