Had a good day, visited a relative. Was up at the crack of dawn with my son so very tired and on the way home my AV was whispering in the background 'you don't need a drink, you're doing really well and not craving so you don't really have a problem - you can just have the one, you deserve it after a tough week...'

Went round in my head on and off for about an hour but I made a cuppa instead.

That's great to hear you didn't fall for that garbage it was telling you. Amazing how it can be so clever like that. You don't need a drink so you should have a drink. I mean, really? But we fall for it. I've fallen for that one a number of times. It helps to put it in writing so you can actually see what it's telling you and how crazy it is. Great job today, I'm proud of you.
