Well we made it and got out for a short evening hunt. Seen a doe..that's all. Back at the shack now and the boys are into the 'pops' and I'm having a chocolate milk. So far they havnt said much other than 'good for you' but I'm sure that will change as they have a few more. Not bothered by it in the least...I'm starting to feel to good about not drinking...14 days sober in the morning! 14 point buck would sure make my day!

Way to go coffee. I told wife I'm packing lunch and a thermos of coffee and spending the day out. I doubt I'll see a buck. But tis the season. I'm hoping to bag a doe tomorrow.

Fromadistance...It's cool out forsure but it's going to get a whole lot worse...it's still summertime up here!
Good luck on the hunt today LBrain...where there's does there's bucks close by...no snoozin in your tree!
Popeye...right now all I have on my mind is staying sober and hunting. It did bother me a bit though...to see how drunks act while I was sober. They were pretty well behaved but just to see it from a different perspective is ammunition to stay sober!
