Magic Spell: Stop drinking forever - FREE

Ok so I hope the title got your attention. I have just spent the evening with a Recovery Alcoholic with 15 years Sobriety and like the good folks on here have advised.

This time, I am sober for good, no more slips, relapses or using the excuses that I found myself in a shop, so I bought some booze and just had to drink it. No none of that. This time, I am free and I am not going back drinking.

So I got in touch with a very good man from AA, who told me about a magic spell. **** I know right}}

Well here's the thing. Once you have stopped and have at least 3 days sobriety behind you, you need to come to a realisation. It is this realisation is the essence of this magic spell.

I have picked it up from him, he picked it up from some guy he met 15 years ago, its been banded around various folks on Youtube and so on, so with out further a do, here is the magic spell.

Repeat aloud 3 times and wait.

1) I no longer need alcohol to live my life. I am free.
2) I no longer need alcohol to live my life. I am free.
3) I no longer need alcohol to live my life. I am free.

Then you reflect on the words for as long as it takes.

With me it took around 30 seconds and then it sunk it, that I no longer have any use or need for alcohol.

I felt like a tombstone had been lifted off my back and felt instantly happy with myself. Trust me it takes some beating this sub-conscious stuff, but as I write this down to share freely with all of you, holding nothing back.

I dont want a drink and I am looking forward for my 3rd morning waking up with no hangover and no sickness. The toilet has never been so clean LOL.

I no longer need alcohol to live my life. I am free. Wow !!!

It is a strange feeling. Usually around this time of the week, I start to buy alcohol for the weekend, planning my sessions so I don't have drive or get caught out drink driving.

This week, I have money in pocket, the depression I have felt for as long as I can remember has lifted and I am planning to take tomorrow off and instead of spending it in a beer smelling pub, I am going to a country park to go chestnut hunting with my Son, just because I can.

I feel like I have been given a genuine second chance and I am not going to sit around thinking about alcohol or blaming it for the past mistakes.
I heard once that theres no such thing as mistakes, they make us who we are and we grow stronger and wiser because of them.

Well in 20 years of drinking, I have never felt as positive and determined to embrace my new found freedom. It is simply a far better thing to be sober and alive and happy than drunk, dying and miserable.

It's a great feeling that we never have to drink again. Thank God! What comes even before that for me is that I never have to be HUNGOVER again. Thank God again! Great job on the three days. I had much more clarity at three days than day one. You can do this. Check in here every day and keep us posted.

Congrats on three days down, aloneatlast! Well done. Your "magic trick" is a lot like AVRT, which has worked for me.

It's a wonderful feeling when the chains fall away and when our eyes can see again.
Hold on to the feeling for all it's worth.
You never need to go back for your hat!!!
Well done.
