Day 2
Just saying Hi.
I am at day 2 of recovery. I am not a very spectacular alcoholic. I just drink my 6 packs in my living room 4-5 nights a week, especially when my 2 kids are not with me (I have them only 2 weekends out of 3) Divorced, in a very precarious financial situation, but still in pretty good shape, thank God.
I was always fonctional but hangover.
I am a bit exhausted and hungry all the time, I am terrified to gain weight, I gained 10 pounds from starting to drink again last year.
I intend to do this on my own, I have enough to deal with with myself and developed a trust problem with people.
Just picturing my inner junkie and understanding that I know what's best is the method I am using.
I am okay...
