Math

Ok, I have been sober for 32 days, basically a month. I thought about what I would have typically consumed and came up with 2 750ml of vodka a week for 4 weeks and roughly 2-3 cases of wine in a month. (about a bottle a day avg). I will use two cases of wine for my equations.

24 x 600 calories + (2 x 4) 1650 calories = 27,600 calories. And that is being conservative. I would imagine 30,000 per month on average in alcohol calories.

Possibly higher...and don't even get me started on my financial gain.

Yup, plus I would binge on chips and/or leftovers whilst drinking.

My cholesterol went from barely acceptable while highly medicated to normal unmedicated. Go figure.

I would wake up in the middle of the night and binge on Little Debbie snack cakes.
