Hi everyone. Just checking in. Still sober. A few weeks away from a year. How do I feel? I don't know. Everything just kinda "is." Good days. Bad days. Cruzin,' as we say here in California. Trying to just let each emotion live and die in as natural way possible, not trying to make happy happier, not trying to fight and resist anger, stress. Let it be. Don't scratch. Everything passes. Everything passes.
I hope everyone is okay. Keep up the good fight. Sober life is so so much better.
