Coming up on 4 days I believe but I always seem to forget to check before I post. Seems I have a sinus infection now too for joy my luck. Tomorrow I'm finally calling counselling; or should I say being forced to haha.

My positive outlook has led to depression again but my cousin is helping. Between the pain in my face, back, back spasms, & heart I am resolved to beat this.

You & me both. I just want to stop my downward spiral. I have burned the few bridges I had & I won't \can't make more. Anxiety is a beast no one seems to be willing to understand or be around.
