It's been 3 days since my last drink. I'm going to stay in bed and get through my Detox at home. I'm going to make this my Full Time Job.

I joined SR yesterday and have been reading for about 12 hours total. Going to do my Rehab at Home. I have NO other ways that I can detox, besides Home.

I drank for 8-10 hours a day, so Now I'm going to learn how not to drink and stay sober 8-10 hours a day.

I feel ok now, no withdrawals YET. I'm taking 50mg of Naltrexone (Revia). and a Valium once a day and 300 mg of Neurontin. I know Valium is habit forming and bad for alcoholics, but I'm going to wean off the valium, asap.

Way to go on 3 days! Stay on SR and you will find a lot of support.

Good job day three and taking your sobriety seriously. Just follow your doctors advice on the meds and take them as long as your doctor thinks you need them.

I quit on 8-22-2014 for 17 days.

The most that I have been sober was 1 year.
