Thank you, Firesprite! I linked to this in another post -- it's really excellent advice. And I've bookmarked it to read when I'm not worrying, because when I'm in Active Worry Mode, I can't read that much, I just WANT IT TO GO AWAY...

Worry. Boy without it, these boards wouldn't exist, would they?


It was funny reading that because except for the singing strategy (which I tried and it's hilarious - I used Jingle Bells) all of those methods are ones I've read about other places and have used. Really excellent post, thanks for reposting it
