Hi everyone, I've had a little look around the site and thought I would join up.

I woke up this morning with that same old alcohol taste in my mouth and turned away disgusted with myself when my partner tried to kiss me before she headed off to work. It's been a daily thing for over 10 years now and it really has to go.
I'm wanting to start a blog as this is my first ever time that I have truly wanted to stop drinking, before I have never really meant it and lasted a maximum of five days! I need 5 posts though before I can start it

Enough about me for now, I'm gonna have a good look through all your posts

Thanks a lot everyone, first night without alcohol here and I'm biting my nails :P still determined and even turned down a drink at the pub with my mate on the way home from work!
