Interesting article.
Gives me hope that over time when I go into another room to get something I might remember what I went in there to get when I get there.

Good information

For a couple years I started to experience some muscle twitching/spasms. Had no idea what this was.....Then I discovered an SR post regarding alcohol neuropathy
Alcoholic Neuropathy: Causes, Symptoms & Diagnosis

After a few months I noticed I do not have the outward signs (spasms) of this now. Probably some other issue I am unaware of, but I will take what I can get!

Appreciate the post LBrain - helpful to me and others who are exploring the consequences of our drinking daze.....
