Sobriety.

Day 4 feels alot better than day 3 does. Or day 2. Or especially day 1.

If anyone is suffering or trying to stop, seriously just white knuckle it through the first couple days. It gets better.

I leave on a week long vacation tomorrow morning. A little antsy about it, but I'm going with my fiance who is very supportive and won't drink with me/around me....

I called central office AA where I am going and found a meeting for every day of my trip.

So, so, so glad to be back on the sober path. I never, ever, ever want to feel that way again. I hate this disease of addiction, alcohol, drugs, I hate everything that they do to me and all of you wonderful friends as well.

Grateful girl today.

I am on day four as well and I agree that it does feel better than the previous days. Good planning to find AA meetings for your vacation. You can do it!
