Day 5 :)
Day 5 and doing ok!
Had friend round on evening of day 3 for dvd night, she didn't drink but my hubby and daughter did...... and it didn't bother me in the slightest.
Couldn't do this without your support guys.
Think I finally believe that I don't need alcohol in my life. Not sure I did believe it completely before.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend

We started pretty much together, you and me, so come on let's do this this time.
Do you have a plan of action for when you reach that danger point like you did before, was it on day 7?

I really think we can do it!!!
My plan is.....not to drink! And to post here for support if I get the urge to. Definitely. I only drink when I don't post. What's yours?
Haven't got the kittens yet these are photos we took when we visited them but will post more, not sure how to put a photo onto a post though or a signature so might have to just keep changing my avatars
I'm too old for all this technical stuff ha ha x

Thank you so much for the extra photos, Mavis. 
They are both very adorable !!
My plan, when I get the AV, is to post on here and if I am out somewhere, to leave the area, walk off, drive away, or if I can't do that, to keep saying "NO, I WILL NOT DRINK " in my mind. that's worked so far. Plus a cup of tea and a few biscuits always helps :-)
