Still in pain but got a great nights/days sleep to Thanx to no spasms & Valuim sleep was easy. Took dad on a mini walk since he needs to get some exercise before radiation.

Monday I call Counsling & prepare myself for that. Went back to reading my mediation & sober books. Went hung out at the dog park since I miss my animals so much. Anyway all in all fairly good day.

Thanx D every lil bit helps right :-) The Counsling will really get the ball rolling cause allot has gone down this year alone & I've yet to pour it all out . bits & pieces but not near everything lol

Thanx all. As weird as it sounds my mother & father's illnesses have pushed me farther in a corner right now. Dad's radiation starts, then mom's appointment I know either one can help the other. Taking dad for walks drunk or hungover or withdrawaling is not an option. So in a sick way this probably saved my live.

Yea I am; spasms started so took a Valuim they prescribed. Back still hurts but as long as it's not both I can cope. Tomorrow o call the Counsling place & set something up asap. They can help w\, alcohol as well as the spasms.

Then maybe get a referral to a reasonably priced doc for my back. Thanx ..

The check in were part of what kept me sane silly girl !!! LoL Check in any time, just remember it is borrowed internet so storms, windy weather, & password changes throw things off for me.

My cousin has been kidnapping me to hang w\ her & her kids since they love me & I seem to smile allot around them. It's the anxiety of leaving the apartment that has been making it harder to get help. Chelle has been 100% better & more communication has been going on. But some weeks the pain & spasms have been so bad I can't even leave bed.

Since I just got up I already had to take something so I'm gonna take advantage of that & go to Starbucks; will pm more from there. Was very good to hear from you though :-)

Once the meds kick in & I rest my back; I'm going to the dog park where reception is better. All the doggies know me an they show me love & make me smile :-) if I repeat info sorry you know my memory is shot haha !!
