I am new to the board
I just found this board and decided to drop in and say Hi!
My name is Kristy and I have been clean from ultram and xanax for 4 years, and still going. I have also been sober from alcohol for 20 years, I have been to hell and back, and I still need inspiration and encouragement every day. I am so glad I found you, helpfully, I can offer some help, too.
