Two weeks

Well made it two weeks. Starting to sleep a little better. I imagine lack of sleep is a big reason people start drinking or drugging again. There's a point where you'll do anything to get some sleep. Well got thru the worst part. I know a month from now I'll be feeling good and healthy again and that's when you have to work at staying sober. Good luck to everyone starting out.

Great news zeppodog, two weeks is great! And I agree, at a little over three weeks I feel fine physically, gotta focus on staying that way and avoid thoughts of having just a couple right?
