Ugh. I'm right there with you. Today was not my best day.

I used to come home and numb myself, but thankfully I've begun to develop better coping methods (SR being one of them!).

I'm in bed now - only got home an hour ago - too tired to even eat which won't help my mood tomorrow. Coffee is my friend tho lol

Feeling slightly better I took some holiday from work and caught up on some sleep the past 24 hours. Hopefully get to the doctors tomorrow

I didn't make it out my bed yet today but I did request the rest of the week off work so I'll get there eventually. Just so tired.

I feel so pressurised by my nearest and dearest to get up and perform but I don't want to move. I don't want to go and tell a doctor how I feel. I tried to get a prescription over the telephone and they said no
