Back again (drum roll...)

.....to say that Im on day 10 sober.
Down 6 pounds (doing low carb for about a week also.)

Im def noticing that :
Im more calm
WAY less anxiety
Im enjoying peace and quiet
etc
Thanks to all of you for helping me DO THIS!
