Even in the depths of your pain, you are reaching out to help and inspire others through your posts. That is so powerful. I understand your pain, as I too lost a young man (my "bonus son") in a horrific way some time ago - the pain is overwhelming and indescribable. Hang in there and just ride it out - there is really nothing else to do but that. Lean on those who love you, lean on us. I believe that there is a reason for everything, there is purpose, and it isn't always about us. You will get through this.

Your word ring very true, Thomas. Keep them in mind for yourself, and be kind to yourself. No one should ever have to go through what you're dealing with right now but you are a survivor. You will endure. There is good life on the other side so just keep going!
