I just posted how grateful I am

To my God for giving me each day with normal communications with my family in Alaska. Mom, Dad and Sister. My 57 yo sister, my best friend, died in her sleep last night, I just found out. She was my best friend. I am without words. I feel like I'm imploding.i cannot breath. I don't know what. My chest can't breath. Will be in Alaska tomorrow. What do you do when .... I can't even talk. I am just sick. **** I love her so much.

Just don't drink. I relapsed when my father died. It did NOT help.

i am so so sorry to hear this Pam. oh hon. please don't drink. you are needed by your family and you can do this sober. drinking won't help - i know. drinking made the loss of my beloved father, mother and uncle sooooo much harder to handle. it really doesn't numb the pain. it just distorts it which is scarier than it needs to be.
