Welcome to SR. I'd start with seeing your doctor (If you haven't already.)

Then recovery starts with whatever tools you find useful. For myself it's mainly a combination of SR and AA meetings.

Taking care of your diet and drinking a tonne of water helps me as well.

Is this your first time trying to stop?

For me having a plan and incorporating plenty of support into that plan was important!!

Welcome to the forum.

If your trying to stop drinking it’s suggested reading these posts that people are posting to help them stop drinking for ideas and methods.

Personally I feel the bottom line is not to have the first drink which usually leads to compulsive drinking.
