I Can't stop eating. Is this normal?

Alcohol is full of sugar, and so by taking that away the body craves a substitute!!

I guess my body is learning quickly. I have been feeling hungry all day and have been eating also. Boy oh boy...

That's great you're eating. On my first day (I've had a couple at this point), I can't eat anything. It's a good sign!

Glad you have an appetite, took me a couple days to want food again, it's day four and I can't stop eating. Keep it up, the sobriety.
