Day 13 and loving life

I have been acutely aware the last two weeks just how much marketing goes into getting people to drink. I feel it is everywhere. Gas stations, grocery stores,hotels, restaurants, TV, Radio, Internet. I mean even the names of the drinks. I was a wine drinker, and was in a pretty nice restaurant for dinner that has large glass cases displaying their bottles. I noticed this one particular one in the past but never thought of it until my sobriety. It is called "Velvet Devil."

I walked on by thinking to myself...how appropriate.

I've been more aware of adverts too since stopping. They are everywhere!! And in the UK on the tv adverts for alcohol there is written on the bottom 'drink responsibly' lol
