Today is day three of sobriety for me after a three week run and the the last 5 or so days binging on crystal meth. The first two days were absolutely AWFUL. non stop crying, sleeping and being absorbed in this sense of absolute hopelessness and anxiety. I feel a little better today. I called a few people from AA and got a new sponsor so ill be starting the 12 steps again soon. I worked 10 hours and I wanted to just walk out for the first half but I sucked it up and got through it. I also got rid of my remaining needles and homemade pipes to get rid of as much temptation as possible. I still don't feel that good cause I'm still detoxing but I will get through TODAY without using with the help of my friends and you guys.

I'm not giving up yet.
