You learn something new every day?? (related to Chamomile tea)

I've been re-introducing Chamomile tea into my night-time regimen. Usually i stick two "Sleeptytime Vanilla" baggies in a hot cup of water and let it stew for 5-10 minutes before sipping it down.

Anyways, as i've been doing this for a couple weeks now, I've noticed something odd happening shortly after consuming the tea....... about 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr later i suddenly get the urge to take a dump. It's weird, i was unaware of this added side-benefit.

So far, a large dose of caffeine (1-2 large coffee cups) in the morning hours has been my go-to solution for staying regular. But apparently Chamomile tea, with it's relaxing and anti-anxiety properties seems to stimulate activity "down there" as well.

Just thought i would mention this, i was unaware of this myself, i guess you learn something new every day
