Two Years

Two years ago today was the beginning of my new life clean after over 30 years of alcohol abuse and self destructive behavior.

Not looking a pat on the back for doing what I should have taken responsibility for a long time ago. Just want people to know that it's never to late to do what's right, get healthy, and start cleaning up the wreckage.

It isn't easy but it's worth it and you owe it to yourself and your loved ones.

Enjoy Life!

Thanks.
Only going on eight weeks, but similar in the 30+ year factor.
This gives me hope and...
you DO deserve a pat on the back.

No pat on the back???? Well, okay; but here's a high-five and a huge hand. Well done, esinger.

thank you for sharing and congratulations.

this week I saw a little old lady get her 30 years coin, a great young gal get her 20 year coin, and a guy who'd just made one year come back to the tables after a pretty godawful relapse, fearing for his life and having begun to actually, seriously, lose his mind.

Powerful inspiration all around.

Congratulations again. Keep your guard up and keep on rolling!!

Thank you esinger for inspiring the rest of us to keep fighting the good fight. And for reminding us that the end result is worth the struggle to get there.
