I have been on and off here sporadically but thought I would post up. I'm still sober 😃

I am feeling very positive about this - I've done longer before but ive had no withdrawals and I'm not craving alcohol.

Hopefully I will never have to have another day 1

No need to hope tho - if you're prepared to work for it, you can absolutely make sure you never have another day one - you really do have that power

Relapse is part of my addiction but is nothing to with my recovery

Still going and feeling so much better! My life seems to have improved in so many ways (again) since quitting drinking. I'd been fooling myself for so long that alcohol was a 'friend' - I never want to touch the stuff again ��
