day 7 cravings

Major cravings today.
I know it is because of the day of week and normal routine of Thursday drinking, so had to really shut off my AV, but did it.
Will go to bed sober tonight and better yet wake up sober

Hello Last Chance for me,

This is Day 7 for me also! Feels great. I just been trying to stay full with lots of food so that I do not have any desire to drink.

Congrats! we can do this!

On day six, moving into day seven (and a long holiday weekend!) tomorrow. I was craving a lot at work, but when I got home, I jumped on my bike, rode around, and then stuffed myself with food and tea. Not being hungry or thirsty makes a big difference. Hang in there, we can do it!

Thanks all. I appreciate the support.
I was on a slippery slope, but am so thankful as I lay my head on the pillow that I can say "I did it. I beat the urge"
To all the other day 7's, lets add another tomorrow.
Make it a grwat and sober Friday all

Oh well done everyone..... working through those urges can be sooooo hard..... but you are all doing it fantastic ... day 25 for me ... and yes what a fantastic feeling waking uop with a clear head an nooooo regrets
