They deserve more and so do you! What are you going to do now to stop drinking for good? There are lots of ways to stay sober. Find the way that works for you.

Hez the best thing about it is you've realised this and you're here for support again. I know I can't moderate, and for this reason complete abstinence is the only solution xx

Give it a go, hez, it really is worth the discomfort for a while to enjoy your life with your family and no alcohol regrets.

We are all giving it a go here. Point is, we're giving it a go together and that's a lot easier than trying to tackle it alone.

Hi Hez...

yeah the only time I could ever be really sure I'd figured it out is when I realised for good that I'm a lousy drinker.

Once you take drinking as a viable option off the table, things really do get better...it may not be straight away, but it will happen

Have you got a plan Hez?

D

Well, at least now you know, Hez. Looks like it's time to quit once and for all.

Hi Hez! My children are one of my main motivators for getting and staying sober. We can do this. For me, the possibility of moderating is what gets me every single time. Intellectually, I KNOW I can't...but my AV is mighty persuasive when I've been in the house with my crazy kids for a few hours. Hang in there.
