Going to sleep sober.no headach no sick feeling .i will wake up ready for a great day feeling energetic .feels so good

yes it is great to go to sleep sober....BEST part is WAKING UP...mornings are SO worth it!!!

Awesome! Going to bed sober is the best feeling ever. I'm looking forward to doing it tonight (it's 10:24 a.m. in DC right now, so I have a ways to go).
