Smile Remember how I feel now

I had another alcohol free night. I am so happy I did it.i made myself a cranberry and ginger ale before dinner to take the place of wine .i had that really strong craving for a glass of wine but I worked thru it. I know I will feel good in the am.SR is really helping.

Good job Bearbaby. It does get easier - and we grow stronger and more determined as we heal. You're doing great.

That's great! I did the same thing for a while! Really helps with the ritual part of the cravings.

I have both Cranberry and Ginger Ale in the house right now. I am going to try that one tonight, sounds fantastic. I have been making "Red Zinger" Hybiscus Tea. One bag for one minute in the microwave. steeping it for a couple minutes, add honey and pour it over ice. It is fantastic.

Is there a non-alcoholic drink recipe idea section on this forum?

Awesome! Good for you! It's a great feeling to go to sleep sober and wake up the same way.

I like using a fancy glass and putting some seltzer and fresh limes! I also make some chamomile tea for before bedtime!
