Actually, this is my first step. Plan to research after work, but must include accountability...thanks for replying. Off to work. I look forward to figuring out how this site works. Just found it.

So happy to be home....with no alcohol in this house (that I know of!). I have found much encouragement on this site. Looking forward to feeling good tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement....I know I'm gonna need it.
