shaky and sweaty but the Librium has helped

can't wait to wake up not hungover / needing wine

thanks to all who replied to my thread yesterday - awesome the lot of you

managed some lunch and having a light supper about 8 then bed for this one with a book to read till my eyes close

I really began to hate Sundays since I spent so many of them hungover alone on the couch with anxious thoughts. And I would be depressed for days and unable to sleep.
